1. Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour

3. Fremantle Markets

Established in 1897, the Fremantle Markets are much more than a must see destination. They are an icon; an enticing collection of all that makes Fremantle so fantastic. 4. Fremantle Round House

Built in 1831, the Round House was used to install navigation lights and a signalling station. In 1900 a time ball was installed as part of a procedure to give mariners and residents an exact daily time of 1pm.

The Fremantle Heritage Guides provide tours of the Round House precinct for visitors. Not only can you hear about the history, but enjoy sweeping views of the city, Fishing Boat harbour, the port over Bathers Beach and the Indian Ocean.

5. Western Australian Maritime Museum

The Maritime Museum at Victoria Quay promotes a new way of experiencing Western Australia’s maritime endeavours.

6. Rottnest Express
